Respectful Workplace Behaviour Training

Incorporating Anti-Discrimination, Harassment & Bullying

Building Respectful, Safe and Inclusive Workplaces

Creating a respectful workplace is everyone's responsibility.

The Proven Group's Respectful Workplace Behaviour Training helps organisations build positive workplace cultures by giving employees and leaders a clear understanding of their rights, responsibilities and expected workplace behaviours.

Our practical, interactive workshops help reduce the risk of workplace bullying, harassment, discrimination and inappropriate workplace behaviour while supporting compliance with Australian workplace legislation.

Why This Training Matters

Every employee deserves to work in an environment where they feel safe, respected and valued.

  • Increase awareness of appropriate workplace behaviour

  • Support leaders to manage issues confidently

  • Reduce legal and organisational risk

  • Meet workplace health and safety obligations

Our workshops use real workplace examples, scenario activities and practical discussion to help participants understand how respectful workplace behaviours apply in everyday situations.  This is not a ‘talk at you’ session.

Rather than focusing on legal jargon, we explain workplace expectations in plain English, giving participants practical strategies they can apply immediately.

Every workshop is practical, interactive and designed to give participants skills they can apply immediately in the workplace.
